Again the team arrived in high spirits despite a few last minute changes due to illness. Winsford hosted the last round of this event at their new pool - Winsford Lifestyle Centre. The facilities were very nice with a lovely pool with large glass windows overlooking the grounds and we were made very welcome.
Our team performed very well and we achieved several PB's.
The final result was:
Winsford 330 points
Nantwich 376 points
Connah's Quay 385 points
Mold 422 points
Wellington 508 points - 1st place
Division 1 - here we come!
Well done to all the team and a big thank you to our volunteers looking after the team - Janice McLeod, Simon Lucas, Debbie Blakemore and Anne Staples.

On Saturday 27th June, Wellington (Telford) Swimming squad attended the third and final round of the Nuneaton Junior Swimming League Gala at Rugby, swimming against arguably the strongest team in our league Lutterworth who won deservedly on the night with an astonishing point total of 271.
All our swimmers performed to the best of their ability in both individual and team events.
